In a pan, pour 60 ml of water and add the tteok, the jjajang sauce and any extra ingredients (such as onions, zucchini or tofu). -
Heat and mix:
Bring to a boil, stir well and continue cooking until the sauce reaches a creamy consistency and sticks to the tteok. -
Customize the taste:
Before serving, you can add a touch of chili pepper for a more lively flavor or a sprinkle of sesame seeds for a crunchy note.
