Suggestions for use:

Diving method :
- Place the udon in a bowl, add boiling water and let soak for 3-5 minutes.
- Drain the water, add the coconut curry seasoning and mix well before enjoying.

Microwave method :
- Place the udon in a bowl with 20 ml of water and heat on high for 2 minutes.
- Remove from microwave, add seasoning and mix well.

Pan frying method :
- Cook the udon in boiling water for 1 minute, drain and set aside.
- In a hot pan, add a little oil, udon and coconut curry seasoning. Sauté for 1-2 minutes and serve.
Customization : Add fresh vegetables such as peppers, courgettes, spring onions, chicken, prawns or tofu for an even richer and more balanced dish, which enhances the flavour of the curry and coconut.
