Suggestions for use:

Soaking phase :
- Before cooking, soak the rice noodles in hot or cold water for 30-45 minutes, until they become soft. After soaking, they are ready to be boiled or sautéed, maintaining a firm texture.

Pho Preparation :
- After soaking the tagliatelle, cook them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, drain them and place them in a bowl.
- Add beef slices, herbs, bean sprouts and pour over hot broth. Finish with a squeeze of lime.

Preparation of Pad Thai :
- Drain the soaked noodles and pat them dry, then stir-fry them with chicken, shrimp, bean sprouts, eggs and Pad Thai sauce.
